If you are a parent of a student with a disability, you should have gotten a mailing with a survey to complete for the Ohio Department of Education.  Please take a few minutes to fill our that survey online.  If you have lost the survey directions, you can either call the board office at 330-326-2711 to request another copy or know that another form is being mailed home November 1st.  We appreciate you taking time to fill out this important survey for the state of Ohio!
