Windham Exempted Village Schools, Akron Children's Hospital and Health Heros are partnering to bring a flu shot clinic to the Windham Junior/Senior High and Katherine Thomas Elementary School on Friday, November 15, 2019.  Flu shots not only protect the person who gets the shot, but family members who might be more susceptible to infection. The shots are free.  

Forms are available in all school offices and at the clinics. You can also obtain a form by clicking here. Please fill out the form entirely and return it to the school as soon as possible.
