On Saturday, April 28, the High School Student Council and Sunshine Committee is holding its 2nd annual 5K Run/Walk. The event is through the Ravenna Aresnal, mostly on flat terrain with slight inclines and hills along the route. Participants will meet at the Ravenna Arsenal entrance behind the school, near the football field. Awards will be given to top male and female runners. 

The cost is $20.00 for adults and $15.00 for students (younger than 18) if registered before April 28th. If you register the day of the race, the cost is $25.00 for adults and $20.00 for students (younger than 18).  Online registration is available on www.gopherarun.com. You can also drop of registration at the high school office or mail it to: WHS Student Council/ 9530 Bauer Avenue/ Windham, Ohio 44288. Checks are made payable to Windham High School.
