Engineers are increasingly involved in designing for the human body.  Biomedical engineers create prosthetic parts using materials to reproduce the natural function and movement of the human body.  Mrs. Brundage's high school Biomedical Engineering class has been working on this challenge as well.  Each team was given the challenge to create either a prosthetic arm or leg.  The goal is to create a prosthesis that mimics the normal function of the replaced limb.  Check out our designs so far!
